Aspirant Projects was founded by Edward Bun, a residential developer with years of hands-on experience delivering townhouse and multi-residential projects across Melbourne, from site acquisition through to completion.

Edward built Aspirant because he saw the same problem repeatedly: property owners with valuable land and no trusted, independent expert in their corner. No one to tell them the honest numbers. No one accountable across the whole journey. Aspirant exists to fix that.

Ricki

Ricki’s passion for property began early, purchasing his first property at just 18 and gaining firsthand experience in property ownership and investment from a young age. He went on to build experience across real estate sales, property investment and business development, developing a strong understanding of the property market, client needs and the importance of making well-informed property decisions.

At Aspirant Projects, Ricki focuses on client relations and business development, working closely with clients to understand their goals and guide them through the development journey. His ability to build strong relationships and simplify complex conversations helps clients feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Ricki is passionate about identifying opportunities, connecting the right people and helping clients unlock the potential of their property. His focus is on clear communication, strong relationships and ensuring every client feels supported from the initial conversation through to project delivery.
