These terms cover your use of aspirantprojects.com.au, run by Aspirant Projects (The Trustee for Aspirant Projects Trust, ABN 70 299 062 583). By using the site you agree to them. They are short on purpose. If you engage us to work on a project, a separate written agreement covers that work and takes priority over this page.

General information only

Everything on this site, including the case studies, the worked examples, the dollar figures and the FAQ, is general information about how we work and what property development involves. It is not financial, legal, tax, planning or investment advice, and it does not take your situation, your site or your finances into account. Before you buy land, borrow, lodge a permit or sign with a builder, get advice from a qualified adviser who has looked at your specific circumstances.

Case studies and figures

The projects on this site are real projects Aspirant Projects has worked on. Figures such as build cost, end value, uplift, profit and timeline are as recorded at the time stated on the page, may be rounded, and depend on the site, the market, the council, the builder and the client's own decisions. They are not a promise of what your project will return, and past results do not predict future results. Where a figure is projected rather than realised, we say so on the page.

No guarantee of approval or profit

Nobody can honestly guarantee a planning permit, a council decision, a construction cost or a sale price, and we do not. What we do commit to is simple: honest feasibility figures and a straight assessment of whether your site stacks up.

Engaging us

Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. If you want us to work on your project, we will scope it, quote it in writing and send you an engagement agreement. That agreement governs the work, including fees, scope, timelines and liability. The free initial consultation is a conversation to see whether your site is worth modelling. It is not advice you should act on without the work that follows.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form to get in touch about a property project. Do not use the form to send spam, unsolicited marketing, abusive content or anything unlawful. Do not interfere with the site, scrape it at volume or misrepresent who you are.

Our content

The text, photographs, videos, drawings, logos and layouts on this site belong to Aspirant Projects or their respective owners. You may view them and share links to our pages. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission. Floor plans and renders belong to their authors and are shown for illustration only, not for construction.

Links to other sites

The site links to our Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook profiles and may link to builders, consultants or councils. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will always be either. We may change, move or remove content at any time. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Liability

The Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, and nothing here tries to. Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information on this site rather than on advice tailored to your situation, or from a problem with a third-party site we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Victoria.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
