How we handle your information.

Aspirant Projects (The Trustee for Aspirant Projects Trust, ABN 70 299 062 583) runs aspirantprojects.com.au. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form and nothing else, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- the stage you select (for example "Feasibility, model the numbers")
- whatever you write in the message box, which often includes a suburb or a property address
We do not ask for your phone number. If you put one in the message, we will use it to call you back and nothing else.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
One reason: to respond to your enquiry and, if you want to go further, to quote and deliver the work. We keep your details so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.
Who else sees it
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) processes the contact form and delivers it to our inbox. Your submission passes through their servers, which may be outside Australia.
- Vercel hosts the site. Like any host, Vercel records standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance.
- Google Fonts and Fontshare supply the site's typefaces. Your browser requests those files directly, so those providers see your IP address when a page loads.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else. We do not pass them to builders, agents or consultants unless you have engaged us and the work needs it, and then only what the work needs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as there is a live conversation or project, and up to two years afterwards in case you come back. Client records are kept for seven years because tax and contract law require it.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@aspirantprojects.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot delete something because we are required to keep it, we will tell you why.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, tell us first and we will sort it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change how the site handles your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
